SMS Messaging Program Disclosure

What is this program?

Review Growth is a SaaS platform used by small local service businesses (auto dealers, mechanics, dentists, salons, HVAC contractors, home service providers, and similar) to request online reviews from their existing customers after a completed transaction or service.

Our business customers ("Senders") use the Review Growth platform to send SMS review requests to their own customers ("Recipients"). The messages come from a phone number registered to Review Growth but identify the Sender by name in the message body.

How do Recipients opt in?

Recipients provide their mobile number and consent to receive SMS messages directly to the Sender (the business they just transacted with), not to Review Growth. Consent is typically collected at:

Before a Sender uploads any contact list to Review Growth, they must affirmatively certify — via a mandatory checkbox — that every contact on the list has provided prior express written consent to receive SMS messages from their business, including review requests. Senders are contractually required under our Acceptable Use Policy to retain documented proof of this consent and produce it on request.

What do the messages look like?

A typical message reads:

Reply STOP to unsubscribe

Every initial message includes the Recipient's first name, the sending business name, a shortened link to a review landing page, and "Reply STOP to unsubscribe."

How often are messages sent?

Typical review-request campaigns send between 1 and 3 messages per Recipient over a 14-day period. Frequency may vary based on the Sender's campaign configuration, but Review Growth enforces a platform-wide maximum of 3 messages per Recipient per campaign.

How do Recipients opt out?

Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, or QUIT to any message. Opt-outs are processed immediately and added to our platform-wide suppression list. Once a phone number is on the suppression list, no further messages will be sent from any Review Growth business customer to that number.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Review Growth does not charge Recipients for messages.

Supported carriers

AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, and other participating U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
