By using Review Growth ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
Review Growth provides tools for collecting, managing, and displaying customer testimonials on your website. This includes embeddable widgets, review funnels, feedback forms, and a Review Display. The Service is available as a web application and as a Shopify app.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
You retain ownership of all testimonial content collected through the Service. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from individuals whose testimonials you collect and display. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display testimonial content as necessary to provide the Service.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. For Shopify merchants, billing is processed through Shopify's billing system. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. All sales are final.
You may not use the Service to collect or display fraudulent testimonials, impersonate others, distribute spam, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate these terms at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except as required by law.
Program description. Review Growth operates a review-request SMS program on behalf of its business customers ("Senders"). Senders use the Review Growth platform to send review invitations and related follow-ups to their own customers ("Recipients") who have previously provided their mobile number and consented to receive SMS messages from that Sender.
Consent. By providing your mobile number to a Review Growth business customer and agreeing to receive messages, you consent to receive SMS messages sent via the Review Growth platform on behalf of that business. Senders are contractually required, under Review Growth's Acceptable Use Policy, to obtain prior express written consent from every Recipient before any message is sent.
Message frequency. Typical review-request campaigns send between 1 and 3 messages per Recipient over a 14-day period. Frequency may vary based on the Sender's campaign configuration.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Review Growth does not charge Recipients for messages.
Opt-out. Recipients may opt out of further messages at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, or QUIT to any message. Opt-outs are processed immediately and propagated across the entire Review Growth platform, preventing the Recipient from receiving any further messages from any Sender using Review Growth. Reply HELP for help.
Supported carriers. AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, and other participating carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Review Growth's handling of mobile information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and phone numbers are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Sender responsibilities. Business customers using the Review Growth SMS program must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, including obtaining documented prior express written consent from every Recipient, honoring all opt-outs, and complying with the TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and applicable state and federal law.
