Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our done-for-you Google review management service.

Getting started

What you need to know before you sign up.

We run everything for you. You get a dashboard to see your results, but we handle all setup, campaigns, and reply management. You don’t need to learn any software.

You’re live within 24 hours of getting started. We handle everything during a 30-minute onboarding call — you just show up.

We’ll need your existing customer contact info (emails and/or phone numbers) to get started. Most clients export a list from their CRM, scheduling software, or even a spreadsheet. We’ll walk you through it during onboarding.

Show up for the 30-minute onboarding call, hand us your customer list, and approve the templates we draft. From there, we run it. Most clients spend less than 10 minutes a month on review management once we’re set up.

No. The only optional piece is a review display widget — we give you copy-paste embed code and instructions. Nothing to install, no developer needed.

How the service works

What we actually do for you month over month.

Via SMS and email. We write the messages, handle the timing, and send them on your behalf using best-practice cadences that maximize response rates without pestering your customers.

Our system can route customers who signal dissatisfaction to a private feedback form before they reach Google, giving you a chance to resolve it first. For reviews that do land on Google, we generate a professional reply suggestion for your approval.

Yes. We draft a reply for every new Google review in your business’s voice. By default we post them automatically; if you prefer to approve every reply first, we queue them as drafts in your dashboard.

Today we focus on Google Business Profile — that’s where the heaviest local-search signal lives and where our clients see the most revenue impact. For other platforms (Yelp, Facebook, TripAdvisor, etc.), we route happy customers there to leave reviews but don’t actively import reviews from them.

No. Messages are sent from your business’s name, signed by your team, and personalized with the customer’s name and service details. They read like a polite follow-up from a real person at your business — because in effect, they are.

You get a simple, always-on dashboard showing your review count, average rating, response rate, and how your reviews are growing over time. Log in whenever you want a live snapshot of where things stand.

No problem. We can migrate your existing contacts and run in parallel during a transition, or replace your current setup entirely. Most clients see better results within 30 days.

Pricing & billing

How plans, billing, and changes work.

No multi-year commitment. Your plan kicks off with a custom 90-day review surge that re-activates your past customers, then moves to a month-to-month plan you can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle. Annual plans save you two months and lock in your rate.

Yes. After your 90-day review surge, month-to-month plans cancel anytime before your next billing cycle. Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 30 days. We don’t do retention lock-in.

After your call, we build a custom quote: a one-time 90-day review surge based on your past-customer list size (starting at $997), then a monthly plan from day 91 onward. You pay the surge to get started — there’s no separate setup fee.

Overages are opt-in — we’ll never auto-charge them. On Starter you can add 50 more requests for $47. On Pro you can add 100 more for $79. We’ll surface usage in your dashboard and ask before billing.

Yes, any time. We prorate the change — you only pay the difference for the current billing period. Most clients start on Starter and move to Pro as they open more locations.

Your account & control

What you own, what you control, and how the dashboard works.

Yes. You get a simple dashboard showing your review count, rating trend, and recent reviews. You can also approve or edit AI-generated reply suggestions before they post.

You do. Every review, every customer contact, every reply we’ve drafted — you own it. We hold the data on your behalf while you’re a customer, and you can export it any time.

Yes. The reviews you’ve generated stay on your Google Business Profile (and any other platforms) forever. They belong to your business, not to us. We just deactivate the automated sending.

Yes. By default we post replies automatically so nothing sits unanswered, but you can switch to approval mode any time and we’ll queue every reply for your one-tap approval first.

Yes. You can invite as many team members as you want at no extra cost — owner, office manager, marketing, whoever. Each gets their own login and you control their permissions.
