Absolutely. Every plan starts with a free 7-day trial — cancel anytime during those 7 days and you won’t be charged. After your trial, month-to-month plans can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 30 days.
We’ll need your existing customer contact info (emails and/or phone numbers) to get started. Most clients export a list from their CRM, scheduling software, or even a spreadsheet. We’ll walk you through it during onboarding.
You’ll receive a monthly Review Performance Report by email with your review count, average rating, response rate, and trend over time. You can also see live data anytime in your dashboard.
